To help you get a quick snapshot of how balanced your life is right now, I have created this simple test.  Take it before you contact me to schedule your free coaching session, that way we know exactly which areas of your life we need to coach around. 

It's also good to take it before and after working with me. You can see how much you've improved, and which areas still need a little tweaking.

Just take it!   It's fun and you might gain some valuable insight about yourself...




1.  I generally enjoy the work that I do (paid or unpaid – volunteers and full-time moms fall in this category too!). I feel fulfilled and know that I am making a valuable contribution.

Stop running on the hamster wheel  for just a minute, and think about things you can do to improve just one or two areas right now! Don’t despair, all of us have been there at one time or another. You DO have the power! Think seriously about what steps you can take to get out of this situation and take control of your life. Sometimes change is very difficult and requires you to stretch beyond your comfort zone. Sometimes it’s downright painful and we don’t want to deal with it.
